Content

• The Advertiser grants Appexo and its affiliated marketers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, giving them the right to use, reproduce, perform, modify, display, copy, transmit, and distribute the advertisement. This includes the full content, images, trademarks, trade names, brand features, graphics, and logos of the advertiser, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
• Appexo reserves the right to suspend, reject, or cancel any campaign and/or advertising material that it deems unsuitable or inappropriate for publication on its platform, for any reason. Additionally, Appexo retains the right to suspend, postpone, cancel, or reject any advertisement that could potentially expose Appexo to civil or criminal liability. Campaigns that are found to be offensive or objectionable may also be refused, canceled, or suspended at Appexo’s sole discretion.

Payment

• In exchange for the services provided by Appexo, the Advertiser agrees and commits to paying Appexo for all valid transactions recorded by Appexo, irrespective of the campaign terms outlined in the Insertion Order (IO), along with any additional payments mutually agreed upon by both parties.
• Appexo may require the Advertiser to implement Appexo’s tracking pixel(s) or other necessary mechanisms to monitor, track, and record the performance of the assigned campaign. Any disputes regarding payment invoices must be raised within five (5) days from the date the invoice was issued and sent by Appexo to the Advertiser.

Appexo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

Jurisdictional Issues

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the country applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within that jurisdiction.

Any legal action brought by you, Appexo, or any third party in relation to this agreement or to the use of the website must be filed exclusively in the appropriate courts.
